शक्तिहस्तं स्मरेन्नित्यं रणे जयमवाप्नुयात्। धनुर्बाणधरं स्मृत्वा रणे जयमवाप्नुयात्॥१॥
“One who always remembers me holding a spear would obtain victory in battle; remembering me bearing bow and arrows, one would obtain victory in battle.

खड्गचर्मधरं यो मां स्मरेन्नित्यमखण्डितः। तस्याहं संकटे बाधां सर्वां हन्तुं दृढव्रतः॥२॥
“When someone remembers me without interruption as bearing sword and shield, I am firmly vowed to destroy every affliction in that person’s hour of danger.

गदाहस्तं स्मरेन्नित्यं द्यूते जयमवाप्नुयात्। नौकारूढं स्मरेद्यो मां जलभीतिं तरत्यसौ॥३॥
“One who always remembers me with a mace in hand would win at dice. One who remembers me aboard a boat crosses beyond fear of the water.

भिल्लवेषधरं क्रूरं गुञ्जाकल्पितभूषणम्। स्मरन्नुच्चाटयेच्छत्रून् संग्रामे संकटेऽपि वा॥४॥
“Remembering me as fierce, wearing the dress of a Bhilla and ornaments made of guñjā berries, one would drive enemies away in battle or in a crisis.

दिव्यकुञ्जधरं स्मृत्वा मोहयेज्जगतीतलम्। मुक्ताहारधरं दिव्यमुक्ताफलविभूषितम्॥५॥
“Remembering me as bearing a divine bower, one would enchant the surface of the earth. Another form wears a pearl necklace and is divinely adorned with pearls;

रक्तपुष्पस्रजं स्मृत्वा तत्क्षणान्मारयेद्रिपून्। शुक्लाकल्पं शुक्लवस्त्रं शुक्लमाल्यानुलेपनम्॥६॥
“remembering it with a garland of red flowers, one would kill enemies at once. Another form is arrayed in white, clothed in white, and anointed and garlanded in white;
Passage 7
शुक्लवर्णं राघवं मां शान्तिके कर्मणि स्मरेत्। पीतं पीताम्बराकल्पं स्मरेन्मां वशयेज्जगत्॥७॥
“one should remember me, Rāghava, in that white form during a pacifying rite. Remembering me as yellow and arrayed in yellow cloth, one would bring the world under control.
Passage 8
गजारूढं स्मरेन्नित्यं हेमच्छत्रविभूषितम्। परितो रोचिषा भान्तं विभूतिं प्राप्नुयान्नरः॥८॥
“One who always remembers me riding an elephant, adorned by a golden parasol and shining all around with radiance, would attain magnificence.

लसत्तुलसिकादामराजमानसुवक्षसम्। स्मरेन्मां तत्क्षणादेव दृढवैराग्यमाप्नुयात्॥९॥
“Remembering my beautiful chest resplendent with a shining garland of tulasī, one would attain firm dispassion that very instant.

चिन्मुद्रया दक्षकरे वामे पुस्तकभूषितम्। मां सदा स्मरतः पुंसः सद्यो ज्ञानोदयो भवेत्॥१०॥
“For a person who always remembers me with the gesture of consciousness in my right hand and a book adorning my left, knowledge would arise immediately.

ताम्बूलरागदिग्धोष्ठं स्मयमानमुखाम्बुजम्। स्मरन्मां मुच्यते जन्तुर्दारिद्र्यभवशोकतः॥११॥
“Remembering me with lips reddened by betel and a smiling lotus face, a living being is released from poverty and the sorrow of worldly becoming.
Passage 12
रत्नाकल्पं रत्नहारभूषितं रत्नकङ्कणम्। स्मरन्मां जानकीजानिं त्रैलोक्ये विजयी भवेत्॥१२॥
“Remembering me, Jānakī’s husband, arrayed in jewels, adorned with a jeweled necklace, and wearing jeweled bracelets, one would be victorious throughout the three worlds.
Passage 13
रथारूढं स्मरेन्नित्यं त्रैलोक्यं भ्रामयेज्जनः। प्रासादशिखरासीनं स्मरन्नुत्कर्षमाप्नुयात्॥१३॥
“A person who always remembers me mounted upon a chariot would set the three worlds in motion. Remembering me seated at the summit of a palace, one would attain eminence.
Passage 14
व्रजस्त्रीगणमध्यस्थं हसन्तं नर्मकेलिभिः। कुञ्जहारहरं स्मृत्वा त्रैलोक्यसुभगो भवेत्॥१४॥
“Remembering me amid the women of Vraja, laughing in playful love and stealing necklaces in the bower, one would become beloved throughout the three worlds.
Passage 15
विपञ्चीं वादयन्तं च मूर्छनास्वरभक्तिभिः। स्मरेन्मां सततं मर्त्यः सर्ववागीश्वरो भवेत्॥१५॥
“A mortal who always remembers me playing the vīṇā with modes, pitches, and devotional expression would become a master of every kind of speech.
Passage 16
मञ्जुलालापसुभगं प्रियया सीतया सह। स्मरेद्रघुवरं यो मां सत्कविर्जायते नरः॥१६॥
“A person who remembers me, the best of the Raghus, made charming by lovely conversation together with my beloved Sītā, becomes a true poet.
Passage 17
छत्रायितेन्दुसंदोहस्रवत्पीयूषनिर्झरैः। सिच्यमानं स्मरन् रामं मामारोग्यमवाप्नुयात्॥१७॥
“Remembering me, Rāma, bathed by streams of nectar flowing from a mass of moons that forms a parasol, one would obtain freedom from illness.
Passage 18
दक्षे दरवरं बिभ्रद्वामे मुष्टिं दृढां दधत्। स्मर्यमाणो रामवीरः सद्यः स्तम्भयते द्विषः॥१८॥
“Remembered as the heroic Rāma, bearing an excellent conch in the right hand and holding the left in a firm fist, I immediately immobilize enemies.
Passage 19
चक्रपाणिः स्वयं रामः सद्यो नाशयते परान्। गदापाणिः स्वयं रामः सद्यो नाशयते गदान्॥१९॥
“Rāma himself, discus in hand, immediately destroys adversaries; Rāma himself, mace in hand, immediately destroys diseases.
Passage 20
कुण्डलीकृतकोदण्डमुक्तैः शिततमैः शरैः। ताडकां मारयन् रामः परकृत्यानिवारकः॥२०॥
“Rāma, killing Tāḍakā with exceedingly sharp arrows released from his arched Kodaṇḍa bow, wards off hostile ritual performed by others.
Passage 21
शितिभल्लनिकृत्तविग्रहां रुदतीं शूर्पणखां सुविस्मयन्। स्मरणीयतमोऽस्मि डाकिनीभयशान्त्यै व्रजवामलोचनाः॥२१॥
“Women of Vraja with lovely eyes, I am especially to be remembered for pacifying fear of ḍākinīs, as I utterly astonish the weeping Śūrpaṇakhā, her body cut by a sharp broad-headed weapon.

अश्वारूढं स्मरेद्रामं संप्राप्ते धर्मसंकटे। दक्षे प्रसूनकलिकां वामे जनकजाकरम्॥२२॥
“When a crisis of dharma arrives, one should remember Rāma mounted upon a horse, holding a flower bud in his right hand and the hand of Janaka’s daughter in his left;
Passage 23
बिभ्रत्सर्वार्थसंसिद्ध्यै ध्येयोऽस्मि रघुनन्दनः। धनुर्बाणधरो रामः सर्वकार्यं प्रसाधयेत्॥२३॥
“bearing these, I, the delight of the Raghus, should be contemplated for the complete attainment of every aim. Rāma bearing bow and arrows would bring every undertaking to completion.
Passage 24
एवं ममातिरुचिराणि सुखावहानि रूपाणि वाङ्मनसलोचनमङ्गलानि। ध्यायन्नरोऽथ लभते कुशलानि भूयो धर्मार्थकामगणमुक्तिसुखावहानि॥२४॥
“Thus, by contemplating my exceedingly beautiful and happiness-bearing forms—auspicious to speech, mind, and sight—a person then obtains abundant blessings that bring the happiness of dharma, prosperity, desire, and liberation.” --- Thus ends the fifty-second chapter, “The Great Secret of the Śrī Rāma-gītā within Rāma’s Journey,” in the dialogue of Brahmā and Bhuśuṇḍa in the Śrīmad Ādi Rāmāyaṇa. Textual notes The chapter begins near the foot of source leaf 362, occupies leaves 362–364, and ends with passage 24 and its complete colophon on physical PDF page 365. All twenty-four passage numbers are sequential in the edition. Every root line was transcribed directly from the 1975 scan; archive OCR was used only to locate the chapter. Passage 7 preserves the base text’s single yellow-form line. The apparatus reports an additional line from the Ayodhyā and Rewa witnesses: “Thereafter, one who remembers me mounted upon an elephant brings the whole world under control.” Passage 21 retains the scan’s compact शितिभल्लनिकृत्तविग्रहां, and passage 24 contains four printed metrical lines under one number; neither is silently regularized or split.
