Textual note The second half of verse 20 follows the printed base despite its compressed syntax. In verse 21 the 1975 editor offers tvam āgatam in parentheses; it is retained in square brackets to show its conjectural status, while the translation follows the grammatically coherent bhavad-āgamāt that governs “sanctity.” Minor variants in verses 1–7 do not alter the narrative sense and remain recorded in the source apparatus.
