…एक-एक रक्त, तब दो-दो श्वेत कमल हैं। इसी प्रकार से सौ कमल गुहे हैं और सुमेरु में लघु-लघु मणिगणों का गुच्छा लगा है। सो तीन रङ्ग मणिकमलों की माला पहिराये। एवं श्रीउरकण्ठ में ये तीन भूषण मुख्य पहिराये और प्रेमीपूजक निज देशरचित रुचिअनुकूल भूषण भी पहिरावे। और श्रीश्रवणों में कुण्डल अर्थात् खुबर के बालाओं में एक-एक श्वेतमणि, पुनि एक-एक हरितमणि, और तीसरा सुराहीदार डेढ़ अङ्गुल लम्बायमान रक्तमणि, पुनि एक-एक हरितमणि, एक-एक श्वेतमणि—इस प्रकार पञ्चमणिमय कुण्डल कपोलों तक झूलते भये—ते पहिराये। अथवा मकरकुण्डल, अर्थात् सुवर्ण के मणिजटित लघु-लघु मीन, मुख-पुच्छ मिलित, कर्णों में प्रवेशित, कपोलों के मध्य में झूलते भये; तिनके मध्य में नीचे एक-एक सुराहीदार लालमणि लटक रहे हैं—ते पहिराये। और श्रीमस्तक में सहस्रमणिजटित नवखण्ड का कांचनकिरीट धारण कराया। पुनि हरित तुलसी और रक्त-श्वेत-पीत सुगन्धित पुष्पों की वनमाला धारण करायी। पुनः सुवर्णसूत्ररचित लालकिनारी का दूसरा पीताम्बर दोनों स्कन्धों पर से धारण कराया। इस प्रकार सहज शृङ्गार करि के शोभा अवलोकन किया। तदुपरि प्रीतिरूपा भक्तिजू की रुचि पाय के श्रीस्वामिनी-शृङ्गारकुञ्ज के समीप जाय इस प्रकार उच्चारण किया, ‘अनन्त श्रीस्वामिनी महारानी श्रीरघुनन्दनवल्लभाजी की जय-जयकार हो।’ तब श्रीस्वामिनीजी की आज्ञा भई कि ‘आओ।’ ऐसा सुनि जाय साष्टाङ्ग प्रणाम करि बोला, ‘हे श्रीकृपावतीजी! अनन्त श्रीरघुवंशविभूषण प्राणप्रियजी सब शृङ्गारसम्पन्न विराजे हैं; अब केवल आपके दर्शनानन्द की इच्छा है, सो पूर्ण करिये।’ यह सुनि सानन्द कृपावलोकन करि दिव्य विभूषण-वस्त्रादि सोलहों शृङ्गार धारण किये पधारती भईं। समाजसहित स्वामी…

…one red, then two white lotuses. One hundred such lotuses are strung, and at the summit hangs a cluster of tiny gems. This three-coloured garland of jeweled lotuses is placed upon him. These are the three principal ornaments of the Lord’s breast and throat, though the loving worshipper may also offer ornaments made in the practitioner’s own country and suited to personal devotion. The ears receive earrings: each is made of a white gem, then a green gem, then a third red, flask-shaped gem one and a half fingers long, followed by another green and another white gem. These five-gem earrings hang to his cheeks. Alternatively, offer makara earrings—small gem-studded golden fish whose mouths and tails meet, inserted in the ears and hanging at mid-cheek, with a flask-shaped red gem suspended beneath each. A nine-section golden crown set with a thousand gems is placed upon his head. He receives a forest garland of green tulasī and fragrant red, white, and yellow flowers, and a second yellow cloth, red-edged and woven with golden thread, is draped over both shoulders. Having performed this natural adornment, the servant gazes upon his beauty. With the approval of Bhakti, love personified, the practitioner goes near the Mistress’s adornment bower and proclaims, ‘Endless victory to the sovereign Mistress, beloved of Raghunandana!’ She commands, ‘Come.’ The servant enters, prostrates fully, and says, ‘O gracious Lady, the infinitely beloved ornament of Raghu’s line is seated in complete adornment; only the joy of seeing you is now desired.
