…थार से युगल पुष्पमाला श्रीयुगल सरकार के श्रीकण्ठों में अर्पण करि, कमल के पुष्प, जूही के गुच्छा सुँघाय करकञ्जों में दे दिये। उसी थार से माला श्रीभरतजी को पहिराय के पुष्पगुच्छा भी दे दिये। तैसे ही श्रीभरतलाल वाले थार से भी माला श्रीयुगल प्रभुन को पहिराय, श्रीलखनलालजी को, श्रीशत्रुघ्नलालजी को और श्रीहनुमानजी आदिकों को माला, गुच्छा, कमल अर्पण कर पुनि श्रीरघुनन्दनजी और श्रीस्वामिनीजी को दृष्टिभोग मेवा-मिठाई अर्पण करि और सबको दृष्टिभोग अर्पण किये। तदुपरि इसी रीति से इलाइची खवाय, सबके अतर लगाये। तब श्रीभक्तिजू अग्रभाग में आरती धर देती भईं और श्रीभक्तिजू की सहचरीवर्ग प्रथम की नाईं बाजा बजाने लगीं। अनुरागी जैसे प्रथम आरती करि आया है तैसे ही श्रीसीतारामचन्द्रजी की आरती करिके पश्चात् तीन-तीन बार श्रीभरतलालजी, श्रीलखनलालजी, श्रीशत्रुघ्नलालजी, श्रीहनुमानजी आदि सबकी आरती किया। पुनि तीन बार सर्व समाज की ओर दृष्टि करि आरती करिके प्रथम रीति से बारिवस्त्र उतारि, तीन-तीन पुष्पाञ्जलि श्रीयुगलचन्द्रचरणों में दिया; एक-एक पुष्पाञ्जलि श्रीभरतादिकों को दे के इतने ही साष्टाङ्ग प्रणाम करि, सबके चरणों में शिर धरि-धरि कृपाकर-स्पर्श पाय, श्रीस्वामिनीजी के वामदिशि श्रीभक्तिजू के पास बैठ गया। इस प्रकार सर्वतोष सभा में श्रीवल्लभ-सेवावल्लभ आरती होती भई। तदनन्तर गानकला सखीसमाजयुक्त यन्त्रवाद्यसहित श्रीरघुनन्दन-जनकनन्दिनी-सुयशगान करती भई। तब श्रीसुमन्तसुत श्रीसुमुखजी उठ के कराञ्जलि जोरि बोले, ‘हे श्रीमन्महाराजनन्दनजी! स्नान का समय भया।’ यह सुनि श्रीसरयूकूलविहारीजी सहित समाज सहोदरों की ओर देखे। तब सब कोई कर जोरि के उठ खड़े भये। श्रीरघुनायक…

…twin flower garlands and place them around the divine Couple’s necks. They offer lotus blossoms and clusters of jasmine to smell and then place them in the Pair’s lotus hands. From that same tray Bharata receives a garland and flower cluster. In the same way the tray brought by Bharata supplies garlands for the Pair, then garlands, clusters, and lotuses for Lakṣmaṇa, Śatrughna, Hanumān, and the others. Dried fruits and sweets are offered first to Raghunandana and the Mistress as a feast for the eyes and then to everyone. Cardamom is given in the same manner and perfume applied to all. Śrī Bhakti sets the ārati in front, and her companions play instruments as they did during the first worship. The lover performs ārati to Sītā and Rāma in that earlier manner, then circles it three times before Bharata, Lakṣmaṇa, Śatrughna, Hanumān, and each of the others, and three times toward the whole assembly. Water and cloth are offered as before. Three flower-offerings are placed at the Pair’s feet and one before each of Bharata and the others. The servant prostrates fully the same number of times, places the head at everyone’s feet, receives the touch of their gracious hands, and sits beside Śrī Bhakti to the Mistress’s left. Thus, in the Hall of Universal Delight, the ārati beloved of the Beloved and of service is completed. Companions skilled in song now praise Raghunandana and Janakanandinī with instrumental music. Then Sumukha, son of Sumantra, rises, folds his hands, and says, ‘O glorious prince, it is time to bathe.’ Hearing this, the wanderer on Sarayū’s bank looks toward his brothers and the whole assembly.
