Verse 43

ललित लीला लाल सिय की निगम न माया पार। पुरुष तहाँ पहुँचे नहीं केवल अली अधिकार॥ रसिक अली जीवन यही ध्यावै रटै दिन रैन। बिनु जुगल रस लीला लखे छिन पल हिय किमि चैन ४३॥

Neither scripture nor maya can reach the limit of the lovely play of Sita and her beloved. No man reaches there; that domain belongs only to the companions. This alone is Rasik Ali’s life: he meditates upon it and repeats it day and night. Without beholding the paired lovers’ rasa-play, how could his heart find peace even for an instant? (43)
