Verse 16

तब प्रिय रूप बनाइ आई सखी निपुण सुचार । पिय प्यारी चढ़यो आंदोलना पढि सांति मंगलचार ॥ इकसंग बाजे बाजने बहु मदन भरो ढोल । स्वर मिलित कितिकित बिनोद चहुँदिशि भावती झलि गोल १६॥

Then a skillful companion, taking on a lovely form, came. After reciting peace and auspicious verses, she seated the lover and beloved upon the swing. Many instruments sounded together, and the drum was filled with Love's ardor. Their notes joined in manifold play as the companions swayed in circles on every side. (16)
