मानिमय जवांकुर पात्र धरे रंभि सुकदली खंभ । दधि रोचना दुर्वांक कुम कुम जल जमाल सुअंभ ॥ तहाँ प्रथम गौरि गणेश पूजे पुनि अनंग पूजाय । रसरीति अलि गावन लगीं बाजे सुत्रिविधि बजाय १३॥
Jeweled vessels of sprouting barley were set down, with fine plantain trunks as pillars. Curd, yellow pigment, shoots of durva, kumkum, and pure water looked splendid. First Gauri and Ganesha were worshiped, and then Ananga. According to the rites of rasa, the companions began to sing while instruments were played in threefold fashion. (13)
