सुषमा समाज अपार बरनत पार पावत कौन। लाखि शेष शारद शंभु बिधि कवि ठैरहे यों मौन॥ तहँ बिछे बिस्तर पाटमय गिलमे गलीचा चारु। ढिग चित्र कंचन तार मनि मनु सजित सयनी मारु ७॥
Who could reach the end of describing that boundless assemblage of beauty? Beholding it, Śeṣa, Śāradā, Śambhu, Brahmā, and the poets stand silent. There are spread rich coverings, woven rugs, and lovely carpets. Beside them, as though adorned with jeweled golden thread, stands Love's painted couch. (7)
