बोलत बिहंग अनेक मधुररव कोक कोकी मोर। सारी सुवा पिक चाक चातक लालत लाल चकोर॥ बेदी लालित द्रुम द्रुमाने प्रति सम सतर सोभासाज। मूर्ति मनोहर तासु रचना साख सोभा भ्राज २॥

Many birds call in sweet voices: cuckoos, their mates, and peacocks. Mynas, parrots, koels, cak birds, cātakas, and lovely red partridges sing. At every swaying tree stands a charming platform, evenly tiered and richly adorned. Its enchanting forms, construction, and branches blaze with beauty. (2)
