What is faith? Living from the heart, not from a head compartment

What is faith, thank you. So what is faith, is it that there are two compartments in our head? One loves God, is it the other, He is God? So to go towards the compartments in our head which loves God, is that to live in faith? That's not it, to live in the true mode of knowledge, to live in atmagnan, to live in God's emotions of who we are and who to rely on only on what our heart tells us to be true. That is faith, is it? So that is why all this spiritual practice questions whether you take who am I or you take us and go on, are meant to take us from head to heart? So what happened in who am I?
