What is attachment? What is it that I am unwilling to give up?

What is attachment? To see this world of objects, there are millions and billions of objects that we have experienced, how does something become an attachment? So, in the same way we can see when did it start, no attachment has always been there. You can see that existence continue to exist even prior to this sense of attachment. To look and to see what is it that I call an attachment, that is why the question was, what is it that I am unwilling to give up?
