Experience itself is never too much — the story is

Yesterday and then I was talking about this bit of a saying that there is that which we experience. And that then there is that which the mind says we are experiencing. So, if we keep it at that which is the content of our experience in the present moment, then it is never too much. But if we go with the mind's version of what is happening to us, it is often too much because the mind wants us to be reliant on its narratives. Are you getting this point? So, there is what we are experiencing. Even within Maya, there is a set of experiences we are having. The set of experiences by themselves are never too much. But when we buy and do the story of what is happening to us. That makes it unwearable.
