Suffering has a 'me' at the centre

So, when you take a position with regards to this, and you invent this idea of a limited being, the limited sufferer of the doer or the desire, then the play of life can seem a lot more burdensome, that is what is called suffering. Just free with grievances, resentment, specialness, arrogance, guilt. All these are just various words for suffering, because all of them have a mean at the centre of it. And this means just a idea, just a motion.
