So, how to stay away from the mind? Many people get into that trap of trying to be in the present moment in that way. But you see that that is very tiring for your system. You try it for some time. It seems to work. But you get tired. You want to sleep after some time. So, I can't do it that way. It has to be from a place of ease. And to allow the stream of perception to flow through. You try to hold on to that, then it seems like another activity that we have to grasp.
