It's about the same thing, where we can be frustrated when you even were trying to blast something. If you're not gasping, how will you get frustrated? You're gasping, trying to blast on the space and you've been doing it for three hours, you know. I can look at your hand. I have not got anything at all. Obviously, this mind will throw this idea that this is pointless, it's frustrating, whatever, what am I even doing here? But if the attempt was not that, and there are temperatures to sit with as much attention as we feel like we have with us and allow the words to work by themselves. That is the attempt when you come to such something. And if this can become your way in life and especially starting in such something itself, then I tell you nothing can make you really suffer. If this can become your way, starting with such something but in life, where you're not really grasping at straws, then nothing can frustrate you or make you suffer, isn't it? So, our
