How many minutes a day does the mind really sour you?

The mine itself wants to put it as against an enemy which is seemingly insurmountable. What do I do with that? What will it be to? How many minutes and a day is the mine really sourced me? Mine has very little power, little energy because they are very fast. Unless we keep feeding here more and more with belief, we can more and more with belief. The by itself is not willing to have much strength. Do you notice this? It's hard for telling you it believes that it seems to energize it more. By itself, it doesn't have much. So suppose it is very powerful. 16 hours of waking. One hour it is really powerful. It paralyzes us with separation, with hate, with guilt, with all of one hour. What about the other 15?
