I'm the lights on. I know I am life. What needs to happen?

Day on Father says the same things to us every day, every day, and then I had this feeling that I am the lights on. I'm the lights on. Like I am I'm life and I just head in my mind. I'm the lights on. So regardless of everything that comes on, I'm the lights on. Does that make sense? Like I'm I'm dead and I've actually I've I know am life. I know I'm that no thought at all. So I'm saying that I mean knowing that I'm in grace and I have these times where I'm just totally free and I know we all do, but then we get caught up. What needs to happen? You know what needs to happen? Because we know that you do we just need stand for sitting in lap, keep quiet, read the Bible, listen to the nostrils. What I just something needs to happen. I don't know, but right now I feel good and I know feelings are just visitors. I know that and I know I'm the lights on. So why do these times come where
