But we can only come to that by dropping all of this and surrendering to God's light. So use your Kaitan, use your inquiry, use your chanting, use the ideas, use the mala. Use whatever you can, use a spiritual passage. They rewrite somewhere, listen to us at some, whatever you can. So that will return. And once you return, then we know how to value that, because we know what can happen. We, in the beginning can become a bit complacent about it, because it can seem like, ah, then you learn to safeguard that, and you keep away from the bad company of the world and the mind, because then you need to safeguard the light which is burning in your heart altar.
