List 10 problems: how many are about the body?

Isn't it absurd that we go through our whole human life, most of our brothers and sisters, will go through their entire lives without really ever getting a sense of who they really are? And we don't even live as if they are the body. We may believe that they are the body. But if they just lived as if they were the body, then 90 percent of the troubles you won't have. We will ask 10 problems, how many are about the body? Very few.
