Grihasttha, till 72 was Bhana Prastha, and 4th is Sanyas, okay, old stage age, you will leave this worldly life, you renounce everything, possessions, everything, and you go live in the ashram somewhere, and you will find even today, and there are many will go and live in places like Rishikesh, there is a beautiful ashram called Gita, Gita Bhavan, you see a lot of old people, they will go and live, and you speak to them, they say we want to come here and die basically next to the Ranga, so we can attain Moksha, you will live with a master and you will spend your last days of your life in quietitude, in some ashram contemplating the self, so this was something that was prescribed, remember the Shastras and it is a very popular system, so what this age is saying, the full stages of life, life without stages, meditation, renunciation, objects of the mind, all of this, nothing but destruction, from the perspective of awareness, our life is moving, what stages are there, whether meditation is happening, whether renunciation happened of thought, action, speech, possession, object, all of that is just seen, all of that is just seen, so from this perspective,
