There is a huge vastness within you, which is completely untouched by this fear. It is just the nature of these things that they pull in all our attention, so it can seem like this too much. But the example is just like, I like to say that if there is a big white wall behind me, and I put a small black dot there, and I asked most of you, if you hadn't heard the context, I would say, what do you see? I'm going to be saying, oh, there's a black dot, the black dot. Very rarely you would someone say, there's a big wall. You see, there's a way to use to this space that we've forgotten, it's vastness, its boundarylessness, it can contain the entire universe, and many times it's universe with no trouble.
