So, this is the process of mananam which is means to use the mind to use the intellect and to make these raw material into the right shape. Now, what happens is that to be realized in this process, that just by us making it in the right shape, they don't become sweets, because what is missing? The meaning, the sweetness is missing. And so, whether it's sugar or stevia or manifruit or whatever is correct these days to have, that only God can provide. To realize that I can try and do one of these for true contemplation cannot happen without his grace and therefore to sit like a helpless child in front of him and request him fullheartedly and request any of the sages that he may love in our hearts fullheartedly to bring the sweetness into our contemplation and the sweetness is not necessarily the sweet taste but just the ability to contemplate the ability to be empty for our faculties to get recollected and us for us to be in our heart, that process only he can do. So, this process is called Sharon and all over issue, Sharon is to take his refuge.
