Attention: the arm attached to the shoulder

often I was open about attention in this way, that it is like the dog on the leash, we have a little go, it has no way, sometimes I call attention like this arm, it's always attached here to the shoulder, whatever content it might be bringing from outside, you have to be concerned, where is this arm going, it might leave me when they reach, we don't, you know, it is just supporting back to the self, this it cannot leave, it cannot leave you, so you don't have to try and control your attention in that group,
