That Which Is Aware of Perceptions: Who Is Aware of That?
The body is not who you are - Awareness continues beyond it (as proven by out-of-body experiences), and the 'you' in dreams is the projective light of Awareness itself, not a character within the dream.
Thank you Master. I can only say, I am here.
Yes. Yes, that's it. Yes, be here. And you're always here. But you are noHcing (I remember from your message) that when the mind seems to convey some truth to us, then the here-ness is no longer apparent. So, all that we must do in that moment is to return to our Heart, return to God's Light. And how to return to God's Light? It is to let go of the temptaHon of the thought. As true, as right, as knowledgable as the mind may seem, it is never going to bring something valuable to you. So, just keep le^ng go as you have been and this will become more and more natural. Very good, very good. [Silence] What Grace it is. What Grace is it. Like this we can be si^ng anywhere. We can be in a fish market, we can be anywhere, and God's Light is there. It doesn't maZer what the circumstances are, it doesn't maZer how old we are, it doesn't maZer what our religious background is. It doesn't maZer what type of Satsang we go to. It doesn't maZer how we've lived our life. StarHng now, you can live in God.
Key Teachings
- The body is not your true identity - out-of-body experiences prove perception continues beyond the physical form
- The 'you' that appears in dreams is not contained within the dream; it is the projective light of Awareness itself, the source of all experience
- Awareness cannot be found through the body - it is beyond the universe, beyond any objective creation and dissolution
