No Perception is Opposed to Your Self
All perceptions - including intense sensations - are aspects of your own existence and do not oppose your Self; release the mental idea of what being yourself should look like and nothing can take you away from yourself.
Guruji....when I am trying to be with my Self, sensaHon comes more stronger than the mind chopping. Self realize that watching sensaHon will go off as like thoughts but it is so intense that it can describe. Please can you guide? Need your guidance Guruji.
There is never any trouble pure percepHon. If I have understood correctly, what you are saying is that when I try to just remain with my Self, then it is not so much that my mind is chopping, it is l like I am experiencing some sensaHons. So include that sensaHons in your Self. Don't have to push it away. Don't have to keep it aside, nothing. Nothing takes you away from your self in any percepHon. You only seem to cloud this mirror when you take your self to be which the mind represenHng. You only seem to cloud this mirror and to just wipe it clean is to just let go of the mental narraHve. So I am happy to hear that you say that the mind is not so strong which is good, then it makes it easy. But it is the mind it self which will come and say that this sensaHon ge^ng in your way now. The sensaHon itself is not troubling you, no percepHon actually troubles you. I know it can sound strange. No percepHon is opposed to yourself. Everything is just an aspect of your own existence. So it does not take you away from yourself. You keep looking at this hand (holding his hand up), the appearance of this hand does not oppose yourself in anyway. In its very simplicity percepHon is happening and there's natural awareness of this percepHon happening. All of this awareness is aware of. I mean you already know all of this just naturally. But conceptually in your mind what you know is an idea that ‘Oh, I must go to some special place' or something like that. It is not like that. So just become empty of your… just don't be concerned about your mental narraHve about the sensaHons and then you will see that your sensaHon is you. Everything that appears in this world is in my own light. Everything is my Self, is my Being. Or I can say my child… doesn't maZer. And I am speaking as your Consciousness, as your Divine Presence where we are one. So don't get in opposiHon to anything. Let all come and let all go. [Silence]The idea that you may have about remaining as your Self, just see that that idea may be something that a visual, that the mind may be presenHng saying that ‘When you are like 'this'... When you are fixated on a dark empty space then you are being yourself or something like that.’ Or even if that the visual is some bright white light or something like that, 'Ohh my seventh chakra' you see. So don't be concerned about whatever the phenomenal content may be, don't buy any interpretaHon of it, don't buy the idea that this must stay or this must go. And if you have an idea in your head about what it means to stay as yourself empty yourself from that idea. So what I am saying is that... You say when I am trying to be with myself then this gets in the way. I am saying that to try and be with yourself you have an idea of what that must look like. Throw that idea away. You can never not be yourself actually.
