← The Self (I Am)
Just as You Are, You Are All There Is
The only true doer is Consciousness/Being; the imagined separate self that 'does' is just a mask creating suffering, which dissolves when we investigate our true nature.
Key Teachings
- There is no separate doer - everything is happening through Consciousness/Being; the illusion of doership creates suffering
- The 'mask' of separation (duality, desire, doership) is what creates suffering; when the mask dissolves, suffering ends
- Self-inquiry: investigate who is the 'I' that resonates with inquiry - that itself reveals the Self
