Come Into an Acceptance of a God-Dictated Life Instead of a God-Assisted Life
Suffering arises only from confusion about who you are, and seeking clarity while wearing the mask of the limited self is like taking poison then searching for the antidote.
Clarity.
Clarity, forget it.
No
No? You don’t want to forget it? [Laughs] (She is like)…at least that. Because in the seeking clarity, the clarity is lost. The seeking is confusion and the only confusion is what? The only confusion is the confusion about who you are. The only confusion is the confusion about who you are. And there is nothing called suffering except confusion. You tell me one way in which you suffer - I will show you confusion about who you are. You say ‘I feel very guilty, I feel very unworthy, I feel very proud I feel very… whatever’ and that is built only on the wrong idea about ‘who you are’. That is the only confusion. So, suffering is the same as confusion and grasping or seeking or clinging is confusion. You are It. Now, if you seek clarity, then what are you posing as? Already as the limited One. So, that is the end of clarity. Pu^ng on the mask of delusion and wanHng clarity is like first consuming the poison then searching for the anHdote. When you become conclusion-less, then to the mind (or) the minds report of conclusion about that, is that you are confused. And when you are convinced about something that is when you are actually confused.
Key Teachings
- The only confusion is confusion about who you are - all suffering stems from this identity confusion
- Seeking clarity while identified as the limited self is like consuming poison then searching for the antidote
- Being conclusion-less is not confusion; conviction is actually the deeper confusion
