Just Let Go Completely

Ananta instructs a student to let go completely into openness and emptiness, trusting their existing readiness rather than maintaining any position or technique.

Namaste Father. I am enjoying every day whenever I am in your Presence and my mind becomes completely bypassed and says thank you very much. One small quesHon I have is - should we keep watching the ‘I’ or let go completely and whenever it comes back how do we idenHfy it?

Ananta

Accha (Okay) just let go completely, let go completely and don't have to get into any sort of project unless it feels natural to you, unless it feels natural to you, just let go, open and empty, no posiHon, empty of all noHons, everything. Now, I say this to you, these words emerge for you but another may come and a different set of words may emerge for them, for them I may say ‘No, just be in that, see where you're coming from, what are you being right now?’ So we can never templaHze, we can have broad instrucHon but in your case, I feel like there's enough openness and you can just let go.

Seeker

Thank you, thank you, father.

Ananta

So welcome, so welcome.
