One word that is really helpful, it's a word: open. And even to this day, I'm discovering the beauty of this openness. This openness means not the openness of a sheen, not the courage of land, neither of the fear of do. Everything which is coming and going, including the words and reactions from this body, which is all part of the same coming and going, there is actually no difference. And we will see this between that which is coming from there and that which is coming from here. It is part of the one wave of consciousness.
We must start to see this because still the sense of what is coming from there is now one wave of the Leela on my hand, but here, what is coming from here is still under some individual. And so as you become open to the world, which includes this body, we become open to our thoughts. You come out, do I motion? You would not point to our flow. Attention to mean for sex cuddling to hold our attention grouping together, they still that is not freedom. That is a constricted state.
Sage is not keeping the thought of what I can network; it's clearly moving the power. But the other end of attention in any case was reported me to yourself. So does it really matter so much? It says we remain open, simple, allowing thoughts to come to. Most importantly, no thoughts to come and go. Then we see that all of this is just one play, and there is no individual who are of anything at all. So you cannot then feel guilt, all right? You cannot leave like 'I am the victim' or 'I am something special'.
The mind is scared of this openness. This openness feels like death to the mind because it is so empty, nothing to hold on to. Another habit, our addiction, has become to hold on to this mind as a defense against this emptiness, against the supremacy. So as we are recognizing who we are, it was also important to let go of that which is false. Recognition itself with the biggest will come back because we see that none of this applies to awareness. And yet they can be that the recognition is there, but also some ideas are coming about the one that is not here.
So then we elongate the journey is recognizing for twenty minutes every day over on awareness and the rest of the day we are buying conditioning about that which is not here. They imagine the presumed indication, then this is the seeming elongation of this non-existent George. So we said lever, so just to see that. So when this is all there is, even the dynamic aspect playing it is unchanged. The dynamic aspect of this awareness as the power to pretend as if it is a person, and the movie pretend, the longer the journey will be a job.
