Do you need to remember anything to exist? Whatever we remember, the case is not a reality. If all the stories of the past are not telling us to exist in this moment, what purpose do they serve? You might say that all that you help me take care of some future moments—this is the game we keep playing. What do we have to do without any stories? What are you right now? The funny thing that we come to meet in two seconds to meet that which should all be here to get rid of that which is never here. Ego defenses and something to center us, a place without a story—where does it go? The experience of this world continues to be experienced. Perception is still on. Life is living life. Could you stop breathing without assuming? The heart starts beating, thoughts start thinking, eyes start functioning, ears start hearing. What happens when we drop the story? Anything that we need is already here in the moment right now.
What do we really need? If the experience of this world, the need that we have... so the need or plea that which needs to go into the past that it has an idea of how the future should be. Life that is not envisioned, such we knew to some extent. One golden rule is that our primary intent, if there is such a thing, our primary intent is to find the truth which is unchanging. If it is truth that is changing, that doesn't have much value. We had many such truths and we held on to them and then we had to let go of them because life squeezed them out. So what is the truth which is unchanging? And if it is unchanging, where must it be? You see, here, now. So we can... we don't need to refer to the past, we don't need to project into the future when we are looking for the truth or the Self. To the moment we are here for self-realization, self-recognition.
Against that, a habit as we come to look for things, you seem to be outside. Then would you put yourself also as if they come, as if it is an experience? Who is it? You might not say it's open enough to be important long enough, but you usually ask people: what is self-realization or liberation or freedom? This and this should happen. I must always be happy. It should be miracles happening around me. There should be a halo around my head. Where is all that? It's in the realm of experiences. Okay, it would continue. So if you look at what we mean also by self-realization or recognition, we associate it with some effect. What is the effect of self-realization? If I'm realized, then I must be like this. If I'm enlightened, then I must be like that. So for a while, even forget about the concept of enlightenment, so that will just be an effect. If there is an effect to happen, what is the first part? Self. Not the effect of enlightenment or liberation, but the first part, which is the Self. Where must we go to find this? Misdirection. If we should return to find little comfort with direction, our world turns. You get to go to work with a full option. No child is twisted, no higher you can. I hope by recognizing me coming painful suspense music... it can be.
I'm looking for my keys or nothing to be louder. So this might be reason analysis. Me, I've been trying to find happiness out there, but it'll give the things of expense. Luckily for any good, I get a little wooden thing. But let's go down even deeper. Why are you not looking for the body and its orphans? Need any vision machine? Like what are you already here? What would you be running around looking for the body? Thank you. I hope we talk about that separately. What would you run around looking for the body? Here we go, and the other side is open. So here's your generic simplifying: what do you think if you talk to someone they will be doing this? 'I'm looking for my daughter.' What do you see? How come we don't have the same reaction when so many thousands, no, millions of people are looking for the Self here? Done.
So if you have the cue to that, let's really question. All of us are supposed to be spiritual seekers, therefore looking for the self-realization of the Self. What happened was because what I am is myself. My body... they are not looking for what the user is already here. That is very important. Before, if you gave us a few guys moving realization of them, immediately you can see that I am the Self. Could it be felt that just being detected incomplete, then I need self-realization? So just let's really drill down on this point. So we see that if the truth is clean, reality is real, God reveals itself as real, then it must be here now. Then when you look at what is here now, it seems apparent with the body in here, right in the pattern, because we could also be an object of our senses. We can look at the contours of the body in theory. Okay, there is something substantial that I can hold on to.

Now if I start asking: so what witnesses even this? And if you don't go to a learned concept about it, if you don't go to an imagination about it, where is the Sakshi, the witness of this? So then we can introduce this body and every other phenomenal experience and say: who is the witness of these? And it's a simpler question. If you try to apply our mind to it, then it seems like so highly complex. Up to now, the right concept and you don't have it. It's right now. What we think is everything we do or somebody else. What can we say about this one? That which witnesses everything? What do we say about that one? And again, the mind will come with answers, the mind will come with imagination. Okay, with your present experience, stay with your insight as the truth.
If I tell you that you are not witnessing anything, listen. If I tell you that it is the next one in the angle in the zone, or your neighbor sitting next to you is actually witnessing everything, will it make sense? You cannot relate to that experience. We relate to your own witnessing. I am witnessing this world. This 'I' which is the case in the world, this one is primary. So many stories we tell about our body: I was born here, here is where I live, these are my parents, this is what I learned, this is where my school was, I learned to work at this age. Why we have dissipation and data friction? These are the bigger things that it went through. So much we talk about the body, but the 'I' which witnesses all of this—what about that? What can you see? It can't be seen like the body can be seen with this very eye. It will be gone again. I can't see it, but I can only know I am. Not an objective form. So you cannot be felt in a physical way. So how can you say that it exists?
We have learned that for something to exist, it must be perceivable or operated from it. My son, we have this concept. Someone of them is talking about something: 'Is there a photo or it didn't happen? Post a photo of it or you're just making it up.' So this is how we've learned: if we have phenomenal or perceptual evidence of some things, then we can say it is true. If it is not there, like it's a bunch... now when it comes to the witnessing, we're in trouble. Only the mind is in trouble because this is undeniable. So that I am the witness of everything, but I cannot find the shape of it, I cannot find the color of this. Then how do we know? What kind of knowing is this? This 'I am the witness of all these occurrences.' Keep going back to what I started. Then you are the one witnessing all there is. You are talking about you in the experience. Is it true that it is mentally? But which 'you' is this one? My ego witnesses? It says remain the witness in as with my business. Can I not remain as this witness? And I turn this off for the pointing only means that suppose potential be something that you are not. What then will happen if you are not there to witness it? Does it have any meaning if you have to witness the concept of this with your discovery that which is the unchanging Self?
For now, we keep it... keep it simple like with your faces. If you quickly start to look at whether this is the perceiver and other awareness is perceiving even this, and it might get a bit confusing. What's first? Even it, look at this. What is it that we can see? Our thoughts. That is that witness is the space between our thoughts. Know what I mean? A space between the thought like a tongue. 'Oh, this is making sense.' 'Oh, usually in for the tongue is this is making no sense.' That is the thought. Then the next thought comes after some time. 'But it's okay' or something. Now between the first one and the second one, it seems like this gap. Even if it seems like it is slight, so this one that witnesses this gap? It gives an experiment for yourself. Since the thoughts come and you'll find that usually when you start inviting thoughts, we seem to be not so rampant before you invited them to come in. It can do which ones trying to do this and not getting all the thoughts of then when you start inviting them, not so many.
So that which watches the thoughts changing, which one is that one? Is that itself changing? The changing of the thought, the changing of the imagination or mobility, whatever might be perceived. If a witness is also changing and we find that you don't go all our weight on me, I know both. I was the witness. It's real. It's more intimately. The thought comes and goes. Are you there to see that that thought came? If I ask you, okay, we can come focus your next thought and tell me what it was. So thought would have come and gone, but you remain. Oh, the thought is changing, you remain. It can change. Any emotions are constantly changing. Which is the one unchanging? Everything in the world is obviously constantly changing. The room has never been exactly like this before. Even this online arrangement has never been exactly like this before. Constellations, body is constantly changing, getting kills all the time. You have been created medium, the process is happening in the body inspections. No, all of this play at many, all the different levels, the constantly changing leela.
When you come to the truth, you're basically saying: I want to know what is the unchanging. What it is that I am with? I see that everything around me is changing. All my relationships also always changing. I think stable. I find in this way I want to look for that which is unchanging. What in your experience hasn't changed? What doesn't change? Space of our experience and that always becomes your experience of right now. And here is the question: get down contradictory. What is unchanging right now? Know what I mean? What do you... what do you find right now? This is always with you. This is missing belong to limit leave again. And the other question could be: who sees it? People to say 'I am, I am witnessing that I can be.' And then when we just keeping silent, this 'I am' which seems extremely intimate and me just seems to be something, but the witnessing is not stopping. Witnessing is not giving any meaning to connecting with you.
What is it that we are finding? Finding that you were looking for the Self as small. Whatever you follow the Self as if we will find it as an object. We were hoping to find it like the body. We're hoping to find it like a visual experience or some source, maybe some chakra or some some material or gods. All those can be there, but what witnesses even that? That which is appearing dancing in perception? That more intimately, I, that which witnesses even that. There is no more of a troublesome concept to the mind than this one because it can't smell in these words the pointing that you are not an object. The mind so tries constantly to convince ourselves that we are an object. If you are not a thing located, you know those who will benefit if you're not something I... okay, that meaning something for others is meaningful for me. I did not find meaning in being meaningful for others, then it would be a worthless compare.
So what do we find here? That we are giving meaning to the idea of a person, not an identity of an ego. But when we start to look, we find that there is no such thing here. There is nothing really of the person. There is a body here, there's a thought, there's perception, all kinds of phenomena. No real entity called the person. Then what you are finding about yourself? That you are in pure attributes and qualities, color, shape and size, name and form. And in that which has name and form is called an object of Maya. So what does not have name and form? You don't in reality yourself. Then nobody is okay with everything is Maya including ourselves. Our Atma also Maya? Nobody says that. Why? So if everything that has name and form is Maya, then that which is beyond name and form... we want to allow us to just remain as a concept? Oh, Maya, name and form, my soul is... you can have the concept of the soul is beyond name and form. So we're going to just allow that to remain a concept? Are we going to have an insight about it? Are we going to be able to find this soul or Atma?
My invitation again: I am just pointing out that there will be some frustration along the way because you are looking for the witness. You don't find something that you can hold on to. We won't say any major break, you can't see a color of it, and yet you know that you are the witness. Now that which is such pleasing to the mind will actually become your joy because if you see that you have no phenomenal attributes, then you really cannot be hurt in this world. Then you have no need for anything. There is nothing to be feverish about and nothing to run away from. You find the truth of yourself as this consciousness, this effortless existence in which all things are moving, but it itself is not moving. All things are changing, but it itself is watching. That stability that we are looking for, that contentment that we are looking for, do not come from an unstable world. You see, not every... because world is unstable, body unstable. We looked at all the layers and yet there is everyone looking at stability. For that it will be changing. What is unchanging? What witness will change is that unchanging? Yes. Empty words won't mean anything here. Even the best counting words can become part of our story.
