Ananta guides seekers to recognize themselves as the formless, solitary witness of all phenomena. He emphasizes that bondage is merely the illusion of being a separate doer or experiencer, whereas liberation is the effortless realization of one's ever-free nature.

You are not earth, water, fire or air... liberation is to know yourself as awareness alone.
The thought of being the doer is the bite of a poisonous snake; know 'I do nothing' and be happy.
You are the solitary witness of all that is, forever free. Only bondage is not seeing this.
